The RMHC of Greater Chattanooga's board has the following committees: Governance, Executive, Finance, Advancement and Property Maintenance.
Responsible for the effective delivery of services to clients in the four programs.
The Executive Committee is comprised of the board's officers and chief executive officer.
This committee advises the board on matters relating to the budget, fund development, investments, gift acceptance, and planned giving.
This committee is responsible for developing an annual plan of fundraising activities to support the budgetary needs of the agency and evaluates proposals from outside organizations.
The purpose of the Audit Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibility by providing oversight of the Chapter’s audit functions, as well as other investigations.
